- Pablo: Hailing from Chile, he has a strong background in administration and finance. His organizational skills and dedication to excellence keep our operations running smoothly, ensuring that we deliver the best possible experience to our guests.
- Sibylla: Also coming from England and settling in Mallorca for family life after working on yachts for many years as a chef. Sibyllas passion and talent with food allow us to offer an incredible variety of delicious dishes. Carefully put together to delight and satisfy our guests.
